Lifting these slabs of clay up on end to form a cylinder had tricky moments, one of them collapsed totally, I just managed to save it.... I hope, tomorrow I'll know.

Light & Shade
Sometimes it feels great to make something out of clay that is for a completely different purpose than tableware. These light shades are for a new Maggies Centre in the North East.
Lifting these slabs of clay up on end to form a cylinder had tricky moments, one of them collapsed totally, I just managed to save it.... I hope, tomorrow I'll know.
